I’m completely new to the gym. Will I be out of place?
Not at all. In fact, most people that join Cultivate Conditioning start with little to no gym experience.
The Studio was built specifically for the person that feels intimidated by busy commercial gyms, worried about being judged or unsure where to start. Every session is fully coached and designed to help you build confidence alongside results.
You do not need to “get fit first” before joining.
What actually happens before I start?
Before joining, we’ll arrange a short introductory phone call followed by an in-person consultation at The Studio.
This gives us a chance to get to know each other properly, discuss your goals, previous experiences with exercise and any injuries or concerns you may have. We’ll also complete a short movement screen to help identify any pain points and ensure training is appropriate for you.
From there, you’ll gain access to the booking app and can begin scheduling sessions.
How many people are in each session?
Sessions are capped at just 4 people.
This allows for a far more personalised coaching experience whilst still benefiting from the supportive atmosphere of small group training. You’ll never feel lost in a crowded class or left to figure things out on your own.
Is this just another fitness class?
No.
Every session at Cultivate Conditioning is coach-led small group personal training. That means your technique, progress and individual ability level are all considered throughout each session.
Whilst members train together, exercises and progressions can be adapted to suit you.
What if I’m anxious about training around other people?
You would not be the first.
A large percentage of our members joined because they struggled with confidence in traditional gym environments. The Studio is intentionally designed to feel welcoming, supportive and non-intimidating.
How do memberships work?
Memberships are based on session allowances across a 4-week period.
You can choose from:
- 4 sessions
- 8 sessions
- 12 sessions
- 16 sessions
Your membership runs from the date of purchase to the same date the following month. All sessions must be used within that time period before expiring.
Pricing can be found directly through the booking app.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes.
Your first month can be purchased for £129, which includes 8 sessions. This gives you the opportunity to experience the coaching environment, structure and support before committing to a longer-term membership.
Will I be doing workouts I can’t keep up with?
Absolutely not.
Every session is adapted to the individual. Whether you are returning after years away from exercise, managing injuries or starting for the first time, exercises can be modified to suit your current ability level.
The goal is progress — not punishment.
Is everything coached or can I use the gym independently?
All sessions at Cultivate Conditioning are fully coach-led.
This ensures you always have structure, guidance and accountability within your training rather than being left to navigate the gym floor alone.
What makes Cultivate Conditioning different from a normal gym?
Most gyms expect you to know what you’re doing the moment you walk through the door.
