1. What makes Cultivate Conditioning different from a regular gym

At Cultivate Conditioning – The Studio, we specialise in small group personal training. Our sessions are capped at 6 people to ensure you get personalised attention and support. We focus on creating a comfortable, non-intimidating environment for those who may feel anxious in traditional gyms.

Absolutely not! Our studio is designed to welcome all fitness levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience. We focus on building your confidence and strength at your own pace in a no-pressure environment.

Each session is a blend of strength training, conditioning, and functional movements. You’ll work with me in a small group, focusing on exercises that are customised to your abilities and goals. Every session is designed to challenge you without overwhelming you, meeting you at your current level of ability.

Our sessions are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 6 people per group. This allows us to provide you with personalised coaching and ensure you feel supported throughout your workout. You should leave feeling seen, like you would in a 1-1 setting.

We understand gym anxiety. That’s why we’ve created a calm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable. Our team is experienced in helping anxious exercisers build confidence over time. You’ll never be rushed or pushed beyond your limits.

You can easily book sessions through our website or mobile app. Once you become a member, you’ll have access to our booking system where you can choose the times that suit you best.

We offer flexible membership packages, including 8-session and 12-session options (2 per week or 3 per week). You can choose the plan that fits your schedule, and there’s no pressure to commit to a long-term contract.

We’re open Monday to Friday from 5am to 10am, and 3pm to 7pm. We also offer Saturday sessions from 8am to 12pm. These times are designed to fit around your busy schedule.

Just yourself, some comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle! We provide all the necessary equipment for your training. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, let me know in the pre-joining forms so we can tailor the session accordingly.

That’s totally fine! We specialise in working with beginners and those who may feel nervous about strength training. We’ll teach you proper form, guide you through each movement, and ensure you’re progressing safely.
